We reserve the right to pass on any significant cost increases should this be necessary. Please be assured we do our best to absorb any small currency fluctuations where possible.

If you need to wish to cancel your booking, please confirm this in writing. We can only cancel the booking if the request in writing is from the booked passenger.

Please be aware that both your initial deposit (NZ$2,500) and your final payment (90 days before your tour commences) are both non-refundable.

After departure for whatever reason, you do not utilise the included tour arrangements, no refunds will be recoverable.

Your tour has been costed on a minimum number of participants required for it to go ahead – either 10 or 12 adults. Stitch-in-Time Travel will assess the bookings 100 days prior to travel and reserve the right to cancel the tour, giving a full refund of all monies paid or offer the option to proceed with the tour at a modified cost. Likewise, if for any unforeseen world circumstances where we deem if unsafe to travel, we reserve the right to cancel the tour up to 90 days prior to departure and will fully refund all monies paid.

When booking your flights to join the tour, please consider booking an airfare that is partially or wholly refundable just in case you are unable to travel and must cancel your bookings.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is essential as it gives everyone peace of mind should an emergency occur either prior to, or whilst you are travelling. We recommend you activate your insurance policy when you pay your tour deposit, so you are covered for any financial loss incurred due to unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from travelling (subject to your insurance policy conditions).

Prior to receiving your tour documentation, we will ask you for your policy details so we know who to contact on your behalf should an emergency occur while we are travelling.

Please be advised that you are wholly responsible to be adequately covered regarding travel insurance. We (Stitch-in-Time Travel) have no liability for any loss, damage or suffering incurred before, during or after completion of your holiday.
